JA Job Shadow is a comprehensive experience that helps students design an individualized career path. Supporting blended as well as self-guided activities, JA Job Shadow provides a design-thinking structure for career exploration. (Grades 9-12) The program includes six 45-minute sessions and two opportunities for site visits with flexible implementation options based on local needs.

Raise student career exploration to new heights with JA Job Shadow at the Will-Burt Company! Discover diverse jobs, from welding to accounting to tool design, within this Orrville-based manufacturer of telescoping masts.

Later, students will travel to Ventrac and explore how this company is taking mowers - and careers - to new extremes. With diverse jobs from sales and web development to robotic welding, Ventrac is a dynamic company to work for!

Job Shadow Agenda:
- 9:30 AM: Student arrival at the Will-Burt Company** & Welcome
- 9:45 AM: Tour
- 10:45 AM: Breakout Sessions, Q&A and Wrap Up
- Lunch (provided)
- 11:45 AM: Students depart for Ventrac
- 12:00 PM: Student arrival at Ventrac & Welcome
- 12:15 PM: Tour
- 1:15 PM: Breakout Sessions, Q&A and Wrap Up
- 1:45 PM: Students depart

**US citizenship required for Will-Burt entry. Other specific requirements (dress, shoes, etc.) may apply. Contact Molly Shaw for details.
