JA Inspire is taking Mansfield by storm!

Junior Achievement of North Central Ohio is thrilled to announce JA Inspire, made possible by FirstEnergy, a unique career exploration experience scheduled for Thursday, Feb. 22 from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Fairhaven Hall at the Richland County Fairgrounds.

Attendance for the second annual event is expected to exceed 800 students from four counties, nearly double the number of students that attended last year.

This two-hour student experience takes the JA Inspire curriculum to the next level, offering students the opportunity to go beyond just learning about potential careers.

Participants will engage in activities that match their interests and skills to real-world professions, gaining insights into soft skills crucial for success in the professional world.

Moreover, students will identify actionable steps to achieve their career goals.

What sets JA Inspire apart is the unique opportunity it provides for students to make live connections with local employers and businesses.

This direct interaction allows students to gain valuable insights, ask questions, and build connections with professionals in various fields.

“We are proud to be able to bring JA Inspire back to Richland County this year and appreciate all the businesses collaborating with us to help make this a valuable experience for area students,” said Lori McCleese, President of JA North Central Ohio.

McCleese also noted that Charles River Laboratories is returning as the local presenting sponsor this year.

We invite students, parents, educators, and members of the community to join us for this exciting and informative event.

JA Inspire promises to be a career exploration experience like no other, laying the foundation for students to make informed decisions about their future careers.
