JA Job Shadow® is a comprehensive experience that helps students design an individualized career path. Supporting blended as well as self-guided activities, JA Job Shadow provides a design-thinking structure for career exploration. (Grades 9-12) The program includes six 45-minute sessions and two opportunities for site visits with flexible implementation options based on local needs.

Gun those engines and get ready to super charge career exploration with JA Job Shadow at Schaeffler! It's not all race cars with this Wooster-based company; product design, engineering and machining are just a few of the diverse jobs you will find at Schaeffler.

Students will then explore the Seaman Corporation. A premier manufacturer of industrial fabrics, the Seaman Corporation has many opportunities to grow careers. Students attending this event will learn about how the Seaman Corporation is a great place to work, whether they are exploring supply chain, sales, technical design - and much more!

Job Shadow Agenda:
- 10:00 AM: Student arrival at Schaeffler & Welcome
- 10:15 AM: Tour**
- 11:15 AM: Breakout Sessions, Q&A and Wrap Up
- Lunch (provided)
- 12:15 AM: Students depart for the Seaman Corporation
- 12:30 PM: Student arrival at the Seaman Corporation & Welcome
- 12:45 PM: Tour**
- 1:45 PM: Breakout Sessions, Q&A and Wrap Up
- 2:00 PM: Students depart
