Soon construction dust will be flying as our Stark County office location undergoes a major makeover.
Thanks to our partner Kent State University at Stark for their support of the project as well as generous gifts from the Paul & Carol David Foundation, the Hoover Foundation, the Timken Foundation of Canton, the J.M. Smucker Company and the Burton D. Morgan Foundation, our capital campaign to renovate our current space raised $500,000.
Not only will our office space expand to meet our growing staff needs, but we will be adding exciting new student-focused amenities, aimed at serving our next generation:
- Burton D. Morgan Student Collaboration Zone
- Open-concept work and collaboration areas to accommodate our growing staff and community partners
- Kent State University at Stark admissions office
All areas will utilize integrated technology, allowing for increased partner collaboration and connectivity.
We anticipate being out of our building as early as mid-April and relocated through September to a temporary office space in Akron, courtesy a generous JA donor. Our mailing address and phone number will remain the same during this period.
Follow us on social to stay posted on our building updates – and on all student news, like our upcoming JA Entrepreneurship Challenge & Expo!
