Pedro Tula (Hoover High School) received $2,000 from the JA of North Central Ohio Scholarship.
His participation in the JA Company Program allowed him not only a glimpse into the academic side of running a successful business but also helped him develop invaluable soft skills essential for navigating the career field. “All of these opportunities are usually only available in college or the workplace, but I have been fortunate enough to participate in a program where I can learn and develop these skills.” Pedro will continue to grow the knowledge learned from ScreenBreak as he attends the Ohio State University in the fall, majoring in Finance and Accounting.
